RIDERS

An indoor cycling class where you ride to your favourite music to our bespoke built playlists helping to improve your endurance.

RIDE TO RULE

Endurance riders to strength rulers. A mixture of indoor cycling and strength training.

YOGA RULES

Build strength and flexibility through a variety of exercises and postures, as well as loosening any tension in the body.

KETTLEBELLS

Functional dynamic strength training for a super effective full body workout.

PILATES

Improve flexibility, core development, muscular strength and endurance through targeted and full body movements.

STRENGTH RULES

Full body and targeted resistance training maximising strength, endurance and toning your muscles for enhanced body composition.
