Our one to one sessions are held at our own fully air conditioned studio on Tuddenham Road in Ipswich.

We have the latest equipment, a recently refurbished studio and a wonderful outdoor space.

BeckyPersonal Trainer
Hi, I’m Becky.

I offer one-to-one personal training sessions and small group training sessions for 2-4 people.

I create bespoke fitness programs for each individual client to help guide, motivate and support you to achieve your fitness goals getting the best from my workouts and training plans.

Each session lasts between 45 mins to one hour depending on what we are achieving during the session.

I will push you slightly outside your comfort zone holding you accountable each week of your fitness journey.

Hi, I’m Luke.

I offer a 6 week one-to-one training program training twice a week in studio as well as bulk session package options.

My bespoke training programs are designed from in-depth static and dynamic posture analysis, promoting pain-free full-range movement, tailored to your specific goals.

Whether its weight loss, recovering from injury or muscle build, nutritional guidance and accountability will help you gain control and consistency achieving great healthy habits.

Within a matter of weeks, unlock the best version of yourself, discover your true potential and rule your life for the future.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

(2-4 people)

Small group training programmes cater for those with the wish to benefit from a personal trainer, but are happy to train in a small group.

Maybe you have a friend, family member who you would like to train with each week.

Exercising with a friend motivates you and encourages you to push a little harder and is so much fun!

Do you have a friend you’d like to train with? Maybe you have a small group of friends who’d like to improve their health and fitness together.
