No. All we ask is that you complete our online health questionnaire to show you are fit and well to attend any of our classes. We all have difference fitness levels so our classes are tailored fit all levels.

No. We have all abilities attending our classes. Beginners to exercise and then the more experienced. We are all individual and no one is compared.

Yes. 100%. We pride ourselves on being friendly and welcoming, our environment is non intimidating.

All Pilates classes are 60 mins long, all other classes are 45 mins.

Yes. All our instructors are trained and experienced who will explain the format of the class before it starts. They will check on your technique and how you are feeling throughout the class and at the end. If you have any questions, concerns or feedback please feel free to chat to us.

Yes there are plenty of spaces for car parking free of charge.

All of our prices are shown on the website under our membership packages. There are a variety of ways in which you can pay including monthly, annually and pay as you go.

All classes are booked via our website or our booking app.
